Adrian, the director and executive chef of MapleTree Catering is a classically-trained chef with over twenty-six years experience in the catering profession.
Past employers have included: The Hilton Group, Gary Rhodes, De Vere Hotels, Horsted Place Golf Club And Country House, and many others. He has also hosted many cooking demonstrations including two at the Taste Of Bedfordshire Show.
It had always been Adrian's dream to provide a high quality outside catering service that could deliver great food freshly prepared using fantastic ingredients, along with a truly personal and professional service.
In 2007, we started work on building our catering kitchens in Biggleswade, near bedford bedfordshire, and MapleTree Catering event catering services was born.
The company grew with ever increasing demand and repeat business and became associated with generous, quality buffet, and Hot formal food and a professional bespoke catering service.
We only supply quality food because we only buy quality ingredients a simple rule that MapleTree Catering has followed from the very beginning and one that Adrian lives by everday.
The food we cook and serve is created and cooked everyday in our Biggleswade kitchens, by Adrian and his team of chefs.
We are proud of the food we create and the service we provide and we think it shows.
all of our buffet and party food is delivered on diposable platters garnished and ready to serve.
Buffet and party food must be consumed within 4 hours of delivery.
