Fork buffets are ideal for formal occasions and ideal for wedding catering. Our fork buffet menu's offer a light alternative to more formal dining.
All of our fork buffet menus are only a guide and you are welcome to add some party platter items or more salads and sides as you wish.(or let us create a bespoke menu for your event)
All of our fork buffets are freshly prepared on the day of your event at our kitchens in Biggleswade Bedfordshire, by our Chefs.

At MapleTree Catering we not only deliver fantastic food, we also deliver fantastic customer service as well.
As with all the buffet and party food across our range you are more than welcome to add extra items to your fork buffet to make it truly unique to you, maybe you have children coming and would rather choose a few platters from our party food range and create a small children only buffet on a seperate table, that way your not paying for expensive food they may not eat. Or maybe you would like to add a dish from our Hot Fork Buffets to give your buffet an even bigger range of choices.
Fork Buffets really can be a versatile meal they can be as simple or as lavish as you would like, fork buffets are also a really realxed way of feeding your guests as it allows them to mingle and chat whilst getting their food.
All of our fork buffets are delivered garnished and ready to un-wrap and serve, the price includes disposable plates, napkins and cutlery and banqueting roll to cover your buffet table (if required). You will need serving utensils for the salads, meats and quiches etc, if your venue doesn't supply them or you don't have any then disposable ones can be bought from us (see the extras box below).
And if you require staff to serve the fork buffet to your guests then we can arrange that as well.
