At MapleTree Catering we offer complete BBQ, catering packages from our catering kitchens in Biggleswade.
. Whatever the occasion a wedding reception, family fun day, birthday party, family gathering or just to celebrate the British summer, We are sure that MapleTree Catering can supply a BBQ, catering package that suits you.

We bring everything we need to cook and serve your BBQ, we are totally self contained and can cook almost anywhere. We supply our own gazebos to cook and serve under and supply all required equipment, serving utensils, staff, disposable cutlery, plates and all relishes, sauces, burger cheese as well as veggie burgers and sausages.(other vegetarian options can be added to our BBQ packages as well see our BBQ extras at the bottom of the page). Children under 12 are also half price.

Our BBQ, catering menu's are listed below as a guide you are more than welcome to swap and change items, and even add some extras from the extras list to create a truly bespoke BBQ, package for your event. Our catering team will be happy to advise you on any aspect of your BBQ, menu's.
Our BBQ, packages can also be used alongside any of our other catering services, maybe you would like canapes to welcome your guests or desserts for after the main BBQ, you can even add buffets or platters of cold foods if you wish.

With the addition of items form across our catering range you can have a truly memorable and bespoke catering occasion. Our BBQ, catering packages make an excellent catering option for weddings allowing you to create a BBQ, catering package that is just right for you and your guests. A Few BBQ Tips

The following items can also be added to any BBQ, but are quoted seperately as the price and availabilty changes according to season . Some items are not always available

Here are a few barbeque tips, to help you with your barbeque party.

For larger numbers of people, If you want a bigger salad selection on your BBQ for the same money consider going half and half
so for 100 guests have 50 ptns coleslaw &
50 ptns Potato, more choice! same money. You can do exactly the same for corn cobs and new potatoes as well!

Don't forget children don't eat as much as Adults (usually) so count every two 2 children under 12 as one adult when adding up your final paying numbers.

We often have seasonal specials and vegetarian specials not listed, so please ask when you enquire.

Our patisserie range of ready portioned desserts and our individual dessert portions are large maybe add some profiteroles, cake bite platters or a cheesecake or gateau from our sweet trolley range for the children it saves on waste and money.
